Chris Caldwell

Chris Caldwell is a native Arkansan, born and raised in Saline County. His career spans over two decades of work in both federal and state government, as well as political and campaign roles. Prior to starting Caldwell Consulting, Chris served as the campaign manager for the highly successful Sarah for Governor 2022 campaign. During the Trump administration, Chris was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve as the Federal co-chairman of the Delta Regional Authority. He also spent a decade as part of Senator John Boozman’s official staff, including running his successful 2016 reelection campaign.

In addition to leading Caldwell Consulting, Chris serves as senior advisor to the Sarah for Governor 2026 campaign and was appointed by Governor Sanders to a seven-year term as an Arkansas Game and Fish Commissioner.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife Ashley and their two children.
